01. Description of roller-type decoiling and leveling machine

1) The uncoiling conveying roller mechanism adopts a two-roller structure, and the spacing of the two idler rollers is adjusted according to the diameter of the coiled material, the coiling is carried out by the two rollers, and the rotating roller is used to realize the unwinding and discharging of the winding material;
2) The leveling mechanism adopts a 5-roller plus 2-roller structure, that is, the leveling roller is fed by the upper 2 lower 3 plus the lower roller, and the spacing between the upper pressing roller and the lower roller is adjusted according to the thickness of the winding material, and the upper and lower pressing rollers are arranged.
