  • 01. Introduction of 3m full auto anti-climbing mesh welding machine
  • Both line wire coils and cross wire coils for the auto mesh welding machine are automatically straighten, cut and fed. The finished mesh is also automatically recoiled and cut. Line wires are automatically straightening, storage and feeding. Cross wires are automatically straightening, storage and feeding in the production line. Compared with ordinary reinforcing mesh welding equipment, both line wires and cross wires are fed with coils. Automatically feeding, recoil and cut and discharge the welded mesh roll which maximized save labor and greatly increased production.
    Anti-climbing mesh welding machine can weld the mesh of small mesh opening like 76.2mmx12.7mm which is mainly applied as prison mesh, it is of high speed, easy operation and high quality.

  • 03. Features
  • (1) Line wire off coil, pre-cut cross wires auto feeding with the high production rate.
    (2) Quick change-over, easy and quick to re-set different sizes of wire mesh.
  • 04. Applications
  • anti-climbing fence machine is applied to weld 3510 anti-climbing mesh and 358 anti-climbing fence, compare with normal fence, it saves half cost; compare with the chain link fence, it saves one-third cost.
  • 05. Machine structure
  • Line Wire feeding device: two sets of wire feeding device; one is driven by the converter motor for sending the wires to the wire accumulator, another is driven by the servo motor for sending the wires to the welding part. Both of them can help welding pitch precisely.
    Mesh welding machine: according to the wire welding pitch, the machine can adjust upper cylinders and electrodes. Adjustable of each welding point and current, which are controlled by thyristor and micro-computer timer for the most proper electrode stroke and perfect use of electrode dies.
    Cross wire feeding: automatic cross wire loading carriage with single wire hopper for sorting, positioning and ejecting straightened and cut to length cross wires. Operator sends the pre-cut wires into the carriage by crane.
    Controlling system: adopt P.L.C with colored interface windows. All parameters of the system are set on the screen. Fault diagnostic system with picture indication for fast removing of machine’s stops. Linking with P.L.C, the working process and fault messages will be graphical presented.
  • 06.Main structural description
  • (1).Wire pay-off
  • The wire pay-off is composed of a chassis, a pay-off shaft seat and a pay-off shaft. The wire pay-off area is composed of 42 feed trays. The wire pay-off is used to hold the longitudinal rib coil. It has the function of passive rotation and discharge. As long as the inner hole of the coil is put on the wire pay-off, it can be used. Inside and outside diameter of discharge tray: 425 × 800mm, carrying 160kg.

  • (2).Line wire straightening device
  • The line wire straightening is composed of oblique straightening before storage and straightening after storage, and is used for straightening after line wire laying.

  • (3).Line wire feeding system
  • The line wire feeding system is composed of a bracket, a roller, a pneumatic mechanism, a driving motor and a transmission device, and is used to send the line wire to the storage buffer zone after straightening.
    The line wire get through into the first straightening system, there is line wire broken detective here will stop the machine if the wire is broken, and machine can start work again after the machine start manually again.

  • Occupy area: 2.76m×1.35m, height: 3.08m, weight: 1450kg
    line wire accumulator: CNC automatic feeding and adjusting
    line wire accumulator.
    Each set can be controlled separately.
    Emergency stop switch, keep personnel and equipment away from damage.
    All pneumatic parts of the accumulator uses branded systems for easy replacement and maintenance.
    All steel structures of the accumulator is hardened using the heat treatment technical.
  • (5).Welding mesh machine
  • The mesh welding machine adopts ten AC transformers. The main cross wire of the mesh and the upper electrode are connected to the negative pole of the transformer on the conductive base. The electrode block is installed on the electrode base machine and connected to the positive pole of the transformer. When the ribs are formed, a current loop is formed, and the contact points of the line wire and cross wire are resistance-welded by the resistance of the cylinder. It consists of a frame, left and right columns, upper and lower electrodes, welding transformers, pneumatic mechanisms, and other devices.

  • (8).Mesh stacking (Mesh blanking and convey equipment)
  • The main function of the automatic mesh stacking is to support the webs in the conveyance after the welding is completed, and the blanks that have been cut to a fixed length are superimposed, and after reaching a certain height, they are transported out by themselves. Suitable for meshes with a width of 2500mm and a length of 3040mm.
  • (9).Mesh collecting table
  • The mesh collecting table is a motor that drives the rollers to rotate and transport the stacked mesh. It consists of a motor reducer, a sprocket and chain transmission, a bracket and a roller. The entire conveying roller is used for (6×2.5m) 15m long conveying rollers to stack the mesh.
