• 03. Characteristics
• 1) Blade part: The indicator to display cutting-edge gap adjustable value, the adjustment is simple and quick; logical display the shearing numbers.
  2) Worktable part: For the work section equipment boom net to protect body’s safety.
  3) Front and back stock stop: The front stock stop on the worktable, indicate value by staff gauge, to reach the required stock value by adjust active stationary dog, when shearing the thin plate use the front stock stop is very easy; the back stock stop installed on up blade adapter, and it done luffing movement by up blade adapter, to adjust back stock stop by motor, transmission by screw after spped down by gearing, and it can manual micrometric.
  4) Hydraulic system: It composed of control valve group, oil pump, cylinder, return cylinder, swagingcylinder, assembly hydraulic circuit and so on. The all system with the advantage like as reasonable construction, low noise, quick run, and good safety performance.
