Product size:
The size of polythylene foam plastic joint filler board is (1600-1800) ×(800-900) ×50mm.it could be custom manufactured in board and bands with different thickness ranging from 5mm to 50mm .the cutting error is within ±1mm.
Construction Requirements:
Joint filler board shall be fabricated to required dimesions in the plant,and wekding or ashesive binding may adopted when used on site.
During installation of the course of concrete casting.
Concrete shall be casr by two times on both sides of the deformation joint.the joint filler board may preferably be installed inside the formworks prior to concrete casting into the first side.if installed after concrte casting in to the first side ,it may stick to the concrete. |
